Hannah Jacobs is best known for her work on the STARZ critically acclaimed series VIDA. Growing up in Los Angeles, Hannah’s love for costume design began at a young age. In middle school she had the opportunity to be mentored by Academy Award-winning costume designer Deborah Scott. Hannah immediately fell in love with the craft and continued to pursue a BFA in Costume Design at Carnegie Mellon University. Upon returning to Los Angeles, she has had the honor to work with many acclaimed designers including Janie Bryant, Hope Hanafin, Danny Glicker, and Lou Eyrich to name a few. 

Hannah has always had a passion for storytelling and bringing characters to life. Her love of fashion, history and art mixed with her curiosity in the human condition always guide her designs. She prides herself on being a collaborative, passionate, and detail oriented designer.  

She is a proud member of both Costume Designer’s Guild 892 and IATSE Costumer Union 705.
